  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sweetener of choice
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F. Line a cookie sheet using parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine peanut butter, sweetener and egg. Combine all ingredients until you get a dough.
  3. You can roll the cookie dough into small balls, place them on the baking sheet, and then press down twice more with a fork. This will create a classic peanut butter cookie pattern.
