I love Strawberry Tiramisu. Why? Because it’s easy to make, because I don’t have to turn on the oven, and because this airy dessert can impress anyone.

This is a simple recipe. There are a few easy steps involved and a few bowls to clean but it’s worth it cause they are so pretty and so refreshingly delicious.

This recipe is an excellent alternative to a traditional recipe. It is a fabulous fruit-based variant with strawberries in velvety mascarpone filling – a perfect combination!

It’s also healthy, low carb, and great for sugar cravings on the keto diet.

This recipe is perfect for anyone who loves tiramisu, light and creamy desserts.

Strawberries  Fresh berries are the best, and I recommend them!

Mascarpone Cheese  Mascarpone, a creamy addition to tiramisu, will add a rich, creamy flavor to the dessert.

You should never skip the mascarpone and cream cheese as it will affect the taste of your Tiramisu.

Mascarpone is richer in fat and has a creamier flavor than cream cheese. So, using cream cheese you risk getting runny cream.

Whip cream

Chocolate  90% Dark Chocolate grated or shaved to be sprinkled.

How to make Keto Strawberry Tiramisu

Prepare the strawberries Take the strawberries and cut them into small pieces.

You can also add sugar substitute or lemon juice. Use a spatula to mix the mixture. Let it sit for between 10-20 minutes. Allow them to rest while you prepare the cream layer.

 

 

Creat the creamy filling Only a few ingredients make up the mascarpone layer. To sweeten the mascarpone, a little sugar is added.

Although I used my mixer, mascarpone cheese can be made even when it is cold. It’s pretty easy to mix, so just combine the cheese and sugar however you prefer.

It is important to not overmix them, as mascarpone can become very soft and almost watery if you do.

Mascarpone cheese can be topped with whipped cream. This adds a great lightening touch to it.

Assemble the Keto Strawberry Tiramisu Use individual cups (or glasses) to layer the strawberry mixture on the bottom.

Add a layer of mascarpone cheese cream filling. You can continue to make layers of each until you are satisfied with the mixture.

Keep it in the fridge for at most 3 hours. You can decorate it with shredded chocolate if desired.

Ingredients

Strawberries Mixture:

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 2 tbsp of sugar substitute
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Cream Mixture

  • 6oz Mascarpone cheese
  • 3 tbsp of sugar substitute, or to taste
  • 2/3 cup whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Take the strawberries and cut them into small pieces.
  2. You can also add sugar substitute or lemon juice. Use a spatula to mix the mixture. Let it sit for between 10-20 minutes. Allow them to rest while you prepare the creamy layer.
  3. Add sugar and mascarpone cheese to a bowl or stand mixer. Combine gently using a spatula.
  4. Add whipping cream to the mixture and mix it. Either an electric or stand mixer can be used. Mix until smooth and creamy

Layering is now!

  1. Make individual cups and layer the strawberry mixture on the bottom. Next, layer the mascarpone mixture. You can continue this process for at least two layers or until you’ve used up all of the mixtures. You can save some strawberry mixture for topping your Tiramisu Strawberries Cups.
  2. For a few hours, place the glasses in the refrigerator.
  3. If you wish, decorate the dish with shredded dark chocolate.
  4. Serve and enjoy
